Just wondering if anybody here is on disability and weeks your experience if any on the hearing with judge process.
I’m currently awaiting a hearing and would like any input.

I sell medicare part c, standalone pdp and supplemental plans and the process is a headache from most clients ive talked to. At least in NY it is

I’m on disability but the process can be different for everyone. When I went before the judge it took about an hour to an hour and a half. They review your evidence and ask you questions about it to see if you are consistent. That’s all it was for me.

I am but I got approved for disability by the dept of veteran affairs first. So there wasn’t much the social security disability people could say. I just filed and submitted my papers and things were approved.
