Without more info it could be a few different things. It could be from either not enough or too much water, your ph being off, or environmental factors. I would make sure your ph is correct before anything. It being off can cause a number of issues. Being that small it shouldn’t need an auto-watering system. Hand watering every few days is better at this stage.

I’ve been hand watering just put auto water system in. But I think it’s over watered
I think it can be overfeeding, but as Demonrage75 said, we need more information about how you’ ve been taking care of it. How do you water? Which genetics is it? Have you fed it? Is it indoor or outdoors? What about the lights?
