Cotyledons are still stuck together.
The plant is stretching a lot (becoming leggy). A sign that it is looking for more light.
Is it a photoperiod or an auto?
For the former, the season would already be a bit too late for outdoors.
Way less water, it’s too much, or maybe it’s just perspective but it looks almost like mud.
The cotyledons, as the friends are telling you, are closed. Sometimes, the shell membrane stays stuck due to a lack of humidity and doesn’t let them open. If so, place a drop of water on the cotyledons to moisten it, and very carefully, with a needle and your fingers, remove it so they can open.
