One of my plants also didn’t stop growing after I topped it. I check daily, so I noticed it and was able to loosen the hooks a bit.
Loosen the hooks and put a bandage with foil on the main stem. With a bit of luck, the wound will heal again. Don’t forget that the foil needs to be removed after a while, otherwise, you’ll constrict it. Good luck.

Now it has a better appearance, vigor, and strength, except that due to the tear, the recovery has somewhat hindered growth… but we’re doing well and with good strength before switching to 12/12.
