I usually make a dressing with olive oil or nut oil, vinegar or lemon juice, salt pepper, mustard, honey, garlic, a small onion cutted in in thin slices. Adding 1 or 2 tomatoes and et voilà thats it. And small leaf’s tast better than big old sails…

Prevention
Boiling water 2 x pot volume in boiling water.
Soak the medium in the pot withboiling water and let stand 2 hrs. Use tap water cold after 2 hrs and flush all the soil.
Pour the medium now its treated into a Larger container and spread it out. sprinkle cinnamon over the soil Let dry over 4 days. Mix the soil well once dried 60% with the cinnamon in it.
Boiling water KILLS all stages of bug life. eggs larva babies mature hidden bugs.
cinnamon will prevent, Kill all mold spores.
2 add 1/2 inch of Sand once the plant pops through after starting your seedling. Sand prevents crawlers flyers pests from entering your soil and laying eggs.
