So I’m a first time indoor grower and I’m working on a budget (got a one year old lol) so I made a DIY DIY grow bin from two clothes bins, aluminum foil and regular lamp lights I found around my house (I did do some prior research to look for correct wattage and soil , as far as fertilizer it’s regular tea bags and filtered tap water from the sink) I have regular store bought growing medium. I just wanted to try it out to see how far I can actually get but I want to continue but need some help. I’m 5 weeks and 4 days in with her. I don’t know the strain but from researching I believe 100% she’s a female. There are some light burns because the light fell one time but I believe I caught it in time.

going to have a tough time producing any real buds with your light setup. if that is all you can do at this time i would find a window that gets alot of sun exposure and keep it there as much as possible.
switch those bulbs for CFLs
Welcome @Keemie21. As others have mentioned, you are going to need better lighting or exposure to the sun if you want to grow something half decent.
For now, one thing you could do with your light bulbs is to cut off the plastic globes to expose the diodes inside. A utility blade works good. This will give off more intensity but will also burn your plant if your light is too low. I would start at about 20", monitor the plant and lower the lights from there.
Also try not to leave droplets of water on your leaves. They can act as magnifiers if the angle is right.

Welcome to the community, and just want to mention you shouldn’t let the leaves get wet when the lights are on. Water draws heat, and it will burn the leaves…if you want to spray the leaves do it in the dark cycle. I never mist my leaves, just add water to the soil and add nutes around 4 weeks of veg…some people do it differently but I’ve had alot of luck the way I’ve been doing it. Currently growing 3 auto purple hazes!! Also what they said about the lights, you can get a phizon full spectrum with 2 light cycles veg and bloom. I paid like 50 to 60 on Amazon and had it within 2 days of ordering through prime.
