Hello my plants are 3 weeks old. I’m growing indoors and there’s is bugs and flies in the soil. What should I do?
I made a organic soapy water bug spray, but I think that burned my plants.
How do I get rid of these things?

Let the soil dry out

Have an oscillating fan blow on the substrate [They can’t fly when ample wind moving at pot level]

Sticky Traps

Cover the top of your substrate with fine sand.
I’m guessing Fungi Gnats?
Bugs could be Aphids, Mites or Thrisps etc…

How do the bugs look & what substrate are you using?
