Can I do much about streching in flower week 3?

Growlog link: https://growithjane.com/growlog/ak-1-pbjfo

Hey everyone back again, just looking to see if there is anything i can do with the streching in this phase of the flower and will it stop ?
Have one side which is getting abit of a strech on which is the 600w side and the bulb has only done 1 grow before hand (thinking that could be my issue) even tho you should replace them every 2 -3 if im not mistaken.

Everything else seems to be going fine, added a dehumidifier today aswell as was getting high humiduty during lights off.

Was tryna move them arpund but theres a few budsites and dont wanna block any of them by bending over.

Hope everyone is having a good day and happy growing!

You could tie them down or super crop them. In about 24 hours they will bounce back if you super crop. I just did mine at the end of week 2.

Hi @Wargoat

I have tied a few of them down tonight as much as i can without being too rough to them.
Hopfully they should be okay will give them a good feed later on tonight and will see how they go

Look into super cropping, it seems crazy to start with but its a game changer. You basically crush the inside of the stem without breaking the outside layer and bend it to wherever you want it to go and it heals into a hard knuckle holding it in place

Hey @Crackadoo
Yeah ive done quite of cropping while veging but wasnt sure if i could do it in flower as i dont want to stunt the growth to much and if it does while in flower, this is what my underside looks like.

Hi @TBAGEM69, I got to say it again, loving you grow, very well done!! Are you SURE that you can’t raise the lights up? Send pictures of your set up above the lights.

I have heard of people supercropping while in flower. If you are nervouse about doing that, I suggest you use some Bud Clips to bend the stalks. They are the best of all the ones I’ve tried.

Hey @Rasta_Free-Man good to hear from ya again,
Cheers thank you, been a bit of a journey haha havnt gone to this scale before haha
Here is the height on where my shades are currently sitting i think i have maybe about 80mm left to go up tops.
Going to start introducing some flowering nutes this weekends coming so hipfulky that will help with the girls intake requirements

Looks like you have quite a bit of room left up there. I would mount the lights as close as humanly possible to the top bars. However, the way that you have then suspended won’t get you close enough.

If you had a carabiner big enough to go over the top bars and loop the chain connected to the light to the carabiner, you would be set.

There might be a way to rig up those rope clip straps differently to achieve the same goal.

Okay sweet I might go out and grab me some bigger carabiners to do that, I was thinking I had that option but also want to be able to keep the air moving around the top of lights, but in saying that my extractor is sitting high and I have a good air intake drawing from outside. With 3x filter cloths.
How is your curing going on your lot? Tried the final reault yet ?

Yeah, I hear you, but as long as the lights are not too hot, the airflow above the lights not too much of a concern.

Ohhh boy, yes, I am past 4 weeks cure, and it is hands down the best I have grown/dried/cured so far! It is hard to describe how amazing the smell is, and the flavour and thickness of the smoke is just top shelf! I wish I had cloned this pheno or let a stalk flower until it pollinated itself to get seeds. Her sister from the same breeder, same bag is in the drying tent, and the smell is about 50% as impressive/potent/yummy.

Maybe try to clipping both of the carabiners to the chain. Move clip A to where clip B is (see picture) and pull the cord as tight as it will go.

Thats so cool man, glad to hear it all worked out well for you. Really hoping i can produce a good outcome with these girls, ive spent more effort on this one than i have ever done in the past and taking alot of knowledge on board.
Will definitely be taking the advice you have given into action, over where i am it is prohibited so doing it once you wanna get it right esspecially for the future and for getting a good return.
First time doing alot of things in this grow so im a little nervous, my last ones my downstairs used to flood and i would have ankle deep of water surrounding my plants but i never really cared about ph, nutes and any of that and even tho i did a few plants the result was absolutely crap for what i was hoping to achieve.

Ill send some more updated pics as time goes on to keep everyone on form snd up to date haha

I have resorted to using the cords of my pulley ones like that to tie lights directly to the top bars before cutting out the room taken up by the clips altogether. you can make more room up there lol
