….this grow I didn’t over complicate things like temps and ph I just fed her its juice like Ryan Garcia …. I’m using general Hydroponins grow all info is in the link and I have a bestva grow light hanging…my question is the info on leafly states 90 day grow it’s a few days ……the bottom leaves which will be popcorn like not much light there should I harvest the top portions and then lower light for lower portions and is the plant ready for harvest I don’t want to overripe being the trichomes also go through a process in drying …. I don’t plan to do a flush as I feel as if it’s overrated.

No, you are close but still a few weeks away. Buy one of these, USB microscope, they are not expensive.

I have just the basic handheld jewelers loupe magnifier so you think give it until next Friday to harvest

I just took a second look at your plant and the hairs have not even started to curl up into the bud. you have at least 2 weeks left
I cut the tops and let the rest mature sometimes. its all plant dependant. If this is your first or second grow, keep it simple and get through the harvest drying and curing stage. Don’t make it too difficult. I add steps every grow and evaluate them. if you do too much or change too much you will have no idea what is working and what is not.
Chill out. Right now the buds are about to swell up and ripen.

Yes they isn’t my first grow I will get that usb microscope but most of the top grow has amber oxidized trichomes I usually find or at least what I’ve read also that in curing you will have more refining…. I hear the more amber it gets the more of a couch high you may have …. Then some people push it further I may give it a week the grow time of this indica cross from the breeder is 90 days from seed and I haven’t had any more growth…. Look at other link it’s the cross but it’s Z3 honey

It pretty hard to get a plant to finish up in the time the breeders say, they are basing that off their experience, in their perfect environment, with all their practice running that strain and a limited veg stage that they won’t specify. I will always add a few weeks to what they say. Just to look at and how long you have been flowering i would say at least another couple of weeks to go. When you are checking trichomes make sure you are checking the actual buds and not leaves too, they mature at different rates.

Visible vertical growth will stop after about 3 weeks of flowering and all growth will happen to the buds themselves so don’t use that to determine anything
I bought my USB microscope for 35-40 dollars. There are even cheaper ones.
Your plants look great and some serious swelling is about to happen. Just stay the course and get the USB microscope and we will be better suited to help you.
Yes so I basically I wait until trichomes look amber and that I see some frosty build up on bud and leaves then I know it’s right in between a decent high and not a stooper or over ripe ……I trim most leaves so not much to go off on leaves I try to keep leaves if it’s now growing in bud but typically I defoliate leaves that aren’t part of a bud… I figure during curing it will compact
