Space Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingrédients :

  • 220 g of T55 flour
  • 70 g of Marrakech butter
  • 90 g of fine sugar
  • 90 g of brown sugar
  • 4.5 g of baking powder
  • 150 g of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 whole egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the Marrakech butter, fine sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the whole egg and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the T55 flour and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  6. Fold in the milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
