Space Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingrédients :
- 220 g of T55 flour
- 70 g of Marrakech butter
- 90 g of fine sugar
- 90 g of brown sugar
- 4.5 g of baking powder
- 150 g of milk chocolate chips
- 1 whole egg
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the Marrakech butter, fine sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the whole egg and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the T55 flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Fold in the milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
