Was just given a lil clone in a bottle of water was told it white widow but has been growing in pot since August on 18 on 6 off of light thinking of changing to 12-12 should i im new to this as this is my first time and i feel like it should be bigger

Yeah, it probably should be bigger for 3 months of vegging but without more details it is difficult to say what the issue is.
Basically, for the plant to thrive and grow to its potential, its environment must be on point, the growth medium ideal, and light, water and nutes given in the correct quantities. If any of these are out, then the plant will not perform to its maximum.
If you post more details on your setup we can point out what you can improve.
Just from the pics though, does that pot have drainage holes? By far the most common problem I see is too much water in the soil, which always leads to issues, particularly stunting.
Also, don’t flip to 12/12 until you know she is happy, if you flip while stressed then you will have a poor harvest. That’s the great thing about photos, you’ve got plenty of time to get them ready for the flip.

Should i keep lights on for 24 hrs or stay at 18 -6 at this point and will put details on set up later today about everything thank you for the info

Hey! When to flip is a personal choice really. Some growers flip at 1 week, some wait 12 weeks. I think the main goal is to flip when the plant is healthy and the environment conditions are ideal.

Great to know i greatly appreciate all the insights and advice got really 2 unknown strains and just was like yea ill adopt these babies and now tryin to do my best and have fallen in love with this new found hobby
