Couldn't get on here for the past weekend due to error message

For the last 48 hours this was my experience logging on here. This happens every week. I see posts from the weekend so this wasn’t site wide. Please advise how to avoid this issue. It’s making it so I don’t want to use any part of the app or subscription…

I have been getting the same thing for the last 24 hours, happens quite often too so its not just you seeing that one

I had the same problem but it’s fine now. Sometimes it happens just have to be patient . if it persists contact them through the plant log app.
It was a little longer than normal this time , but when it happens they usually get it fixed quickly.

Yeah I was locked out all weekend too. Sucks cuz I love reading the conversations and looking at everyone’s amazing plants.

Some of these logs make me wish I could grow indoors. Maybe down the road but for now my 4 kids rule the house :rofl:

Thanks for your patience guys. We have been out of service all day Sunday. This is very common server issues, but we are trying new ways to make these gaps as short as possible.

@ELI - Can you please ask (actually, tell him lol) the site owner to upgrade the hosting package you are on?

This happens when traffic levels are exceeded, so I am guessing he doesn’t pay for enough bandwidth to support the site.

It’s happening way too often and it’s very frustrating from a user perspective and unbelievably simple to fix. Hell I can do it if you want lol.

But worse, from a business point of view it is really hurting your company. Can we pls get it fixed finally? The last few times it’s been me alerting the devs to fix/reset the server.

Thank you! It genuinely is such a simple fix. And when the company makes it so basically if you have more than 4 plants or something you have to pay for access (money grab) they should have enough $ to host this portion of the site. If not the business model needs to be readdressed. This past one was over 24hrs and it was the 3rd time in 30 days I had the experience of losing 24hr or more. I’m a paying customer and this site is way better than the discord. So thank you for your comment I feel heard.

Thank you all for your concern and suggestions. We really want to fix any trouble that appears and we appreciate them, because they give us a bigger picture. Unluckily, this is not a resource problem, but we are working on this issue.

I noticed it also. Was down for awhile it seemed when i tried logging back in later. Glad its back up running.
