It is almost the 8th week on Monday the 9th. I’m noticing Curling of Leaves on one plant and not on the others. They were all planted the same time, in November. They all get the same water and nutrients but not the same lighting unfortunately. Could it be Light burn? Or is it an early sign of maturity (Harvest ). Any input will be greatly appreciated!
I’ve also included temperature/hygrometer’s these plants have been at 80f and 50h, lights on, since the start. This will change due harvest .
I am leaning on moisture build up from being so close to da wall as my most logical explanation.
Lightning ? perhaps she wants to get da leafs out of da way to allow light in other places ?
Could as well as be something more wild. Maybe there is a terpenes or other sticky chemical building up in da tips, youd have to look under a microscope and compare leafs.
Alkaloids Salt does that too.
The more realistic side of me sayz - yeap she’s ready for lift off captain
Indeed, there can really be several reasons why their leaves are drooping like that…
That the pH value isn’t quite right…
That the distance to the lamp is too close…
That too little air is being moved in your tent…
Aand it could also be overwatering…
That’s why it’s a bit difficult to make a precise statement now.
Do you perhaps have more data for us that could help get to the bottom of it?
I’d love to help you with that. Because your ladies look wonderful otherwise!!!
It’s looking like a bit of a combination of over watering with the clawed leaves, a bit of over feeding from the burnt tips and a excess of nitrogen for this stage of flower with the dark green glossy finish on the leaves. Cut back frequency of watering and feeding and it should help a lot.
I use organic fertilizer slow release and at this stage the last feeding was 2weeks ago. I did have a fertilizer burn at their veg stage. Watering every 4days but I think that might be it I’ve noticed the soil being moist ~2inches below.
Electrical Conductivity in the water gets carried into a plant then the tips of the plant ground the plants electrostatic field, curling in the directions of the current flow.
Because they are the softest points.
Water with an microsiemens per centimeter over 800 will cause that’
As Adam would say.
“In laymans terms this means to many minerals in the water, overfeeding to say it simply”.
Bill Nye would say " and how do we test this ! well we hook it up to this Tesla roadster and see how far we can drive! "
