Damaged roots!

I have a 14-day-old seedling that I named Lucia. I went on a day trip and took Lucia with me (because I thought I could take better care of her that way) but I was an idiot! On the way back, due to bad road conditions, the seedling pot turned upside down…
A lot of damage has been done to the seedling roots and I sincerely hope that it can be recovered…

what should I do now? Do you think there is a way to save her?
By the way, I also buried a part of the seedling’s stem to help it recover

lol. Loving the mental image of you on a road trip with your plant…

All you can do though is stabilise the conditions to optimum and hope she recovers. But based on those pics, honestly I would start some new seeds which will have a much better yield. This one is super stunted and will take a lot of time and effort to put right, time and energy that could be better spent on a new plant.

oh yes she is really nice girl

Thank you for your suggestion, but I really can’t get new seeds and I’m kind of attached to Lucia. She has experienced stressful situations like this several times before and recovered again. And the feeling I have for her is like a father’s feeling for his daughter, so I can’t let her go…

ok well in that case you absolutely need to eliminate the stress from her life. You need to give her a stable, optimum environment with the right amounts of light, heat and humidity. Then in addition, the feed needs to be correct so she gets the right nutrition.

Oh, and no more road trips with her lol.

I would start over but if u want to keep it I would get a bigger pot and bury the plant up to the seed leaves that’s my opinion
