First grow here and starting with and autoflower. Noticing some marks forming on the leaves any insight to what this deficiency might be? Just started two weeks ago.
Like a small baby. Grow it up. A small baby needs another things than big teenager. Grow it up by dreaming and feeling. That’s my advice at all for you. Other people will say something very smart and that’s right. Look for all parameters. But grow one time with passion
Hows your enviroment lights, humidity, temps, light distant, type of medium your groing in,pot size, and ph when watering? I was dealing with very low humidity and light was a little to close which yours looks similar and before any deficiency can be diagnosed lets make sure its not the enviroment. Also welcome to the community i hope your enjoying your time here and plenty of friendly and knowledgable people in this community so feel free to ask anything on ya mind
Environment has been 76 degrees with 68% humidity and growing in 5 gal fabric pot with fox farm soil. Light is at 24 inchs and 75% power it is 200 watt led spiderfarmer. Ph when watering is unknow coming off tap water running through a carbon filter. Ordered ph tester to see if that could be the cause.
Everything seems to be okay with the enviroment so thats good and when ph tester comes just water in at 6.5ish and will minimize a ph issue during the grow. I run foxfarm soil as well and noticed runoff comes out about 5.7 ph roughly when a fresh bag so dont worry if its around there at first it will gradually move up over the grow as long as a steady ph going in and if ph is not the issue then we can go over some possible nute issues but most times its normally a ph issue we face a lot when first starting out reason for not just coming out and saying add this or that since most issues have common effects as others so its more about narrowing down the possibilities. Hows the plants doing today? Has issue progressed or kinda no change?
Issues have progressed and starting to show on one of the other plants. Ph meter should be here this evening will test tap water and run off water and update.
Ok hopefully just a ph issue. Im in MA. and tap is almost 8.0 ph so i have to use ph down to get in that 6.5 range
Could also be light is to close and may have to raise or dim a little lower heres what my leafs looked like before correcting light distance from 24in to 27in and im only using a 100w led in a 2x2 tent
You can see the very first set of leafs got burnt some
Definitely ph going in is 8.5 and coming out 7.6. Do you think wait till next time needs water and water with balanced water? Or dial down some water lower than 6.5 and try to lower whats in there now?
I would just water in at 6.5 and itll balance out after a few waterings
Maybe watering it and getting droplets on the leaves and then the light acts as a magnifier in it burns the leaves?
Definitely think it was ph new leaves show no signs and growth seems to be increasing.
Niccceeee glad it was just a minor issue
