Difficulty Germinating a Sour Diesel Auto strain

I had purchased some auto seed the strain that is not germinating is the sour diesal auto the northern lights and blueberry have worked amazingly. When checking the reviews of the sour diesel it states that this seed is difficult to germinate.

I do the seed in a cup of RO water for around 24 hrs and then transfer to moist paper towel in a ziplock bag half opened in a dark place. None of the diseal have poped after a few days

Is there a better way to germinate seeds that are difficult to pop?

i have ordered some seaweed extract which should be coming today and i currently have a taison auto in a paper towel too fingers crossed this one pops I was looking forward to the sour Diesel and have used all my seeds!

is the place where you keep them also warm?

Yes i believe it is its my airing cupboard I have put in a temp meter to check the exact temp and will advise in 15 minutes to see what it actually is in there

temp is currently at 22.4 degrees what do you think?

They have been in the tissue for around six days and I have another diesel on two days nothing has popped yet unfortunately

as far as I know they can take up to 10 days to pop open.
I germinate in between 2 sheets of kitchen paper, on a plate inside a black box, over the aquarium, it gets around 25ºC for 10hs\day (for the rest it’s around 18ºC). I open the box to moist 3x a day in the darkest place where I can still see them.
