Looks like she’s in coco? If so that is very dry coco and she hasn’t been fed . . . root zone pH and EC are likely off. Are you using cal-mag? Have you added anything other than perlite?
If she were mine, and that is just coco/perlite, I’d flush good with CA water at pH 5.9 and allow about an hour dry back. Then feed with seedling nutrients at EC 300-400 to a 20-30% runoff. Feed to runoff every other day until she recovers or not.
Forget over watering . . . if you’re running coco your feed methods should be closer to hydro than soil.
