I thought so too right away.

First, as @herr_gruen mentioned, the pot caught my eye, but in your other pictures, I see those bar lights; I once had one from Otto too, the absolute worst, it turned on and off whenever it wanted, the light color suddenly blue and the performance unfortunately not sufficient.
It’s now in the basement, return not possible, as the retailer is unfortunately no longer represented on the site. 
And I really tried to get it done with “low budget”.

You have a nice tent with a Vipaspectra lamp and everything you need, my tip: set it up, if the lamp is not dimmable, as high up as possible, and the little ones will thank you for it.
