Feature request/suggestion: web UI

The app is amazing and it’s really helping me and many others to keep track of things.
Could we have a web UI so we could edit plants, schedules and everything we do via app also via browser? Not only would be helpful for “macrogroweries” but also for those with weaker smartphones, limited battery etc.

I understand it must be a lot of work. I know very little from programming, but would it be simpler to have the website access my app data as view-only and first feature would just being able to select and copy-link? I think that would be helpful to facilitate the sharing of information with the users on the forum.

Right now, to share my growlog, the easy way is:

  1. Open app
  2. Select the “Explore” icon
  3. Select My Growlogs
  4. Select and hold onto ONE of the growlogs i want to share
  5. Select “More”
  6. Select “Join the Community” on which the app will open the internal browser
  7. Select icon change to system browser where i’m already logged
  8. Go onto a draft i already created on the website
  9. Paste link and continue to edit

My take is that it’d be easier if i could get the growlog link from the app without even have to open my smartphone.

Thank you everyone for the feedback. The desktop version is under consideration on our Portal, but it’s not something that is going to be developed anytime soon.
