Hi, As with any living thing, there are no 100% identical types despite having the same parents. I would say that because number 2 produces more flowers, it develops more slowly than 1 and 3, perhaps it needs more nutrients. All of your plants show signs of nitrogen deficiency if I see it correctly. Coffee grounds only help to a limited extent. You should perhaps use something potent that regulates the nitrogen balance. My soil ph is around 7.1, and I’ve been lowering the ph of my water, after adding nutrients, to see if it will lower it. I tried some coffee grounds to see if the soil ph would drop at all. No luck.
I was thinking my nitrogen problem had to do with the ph of the soil, maybe it’s just not enough nutrients. I’ll give that a try.
It might also help to cut off the lower leaves, i.e. in the lower part of the plant that are in the shade, so that valuable nutrients go to the flowers and not to the leaves. That way you don’t run the risk of adding too many nutrients. But be careful, if you haven’t had flowers for 21 days yet, I would wait because otherwise you will stunt growth. Cliff
