This is my first rodeo.
Plant is female. It’s about 2 month old but just got into tent yesterday finally.
How tall should I let it get before flower?
Also, is there anything missing from the tent I need to get? A fan for plant strength?
I have been doing research but all help or suggestion is welcome. I’m a newb.

Plant looks nice and healthy. In terms of how big you should let it get in veg, it depends on the space you have and how long you want to take. You can veg the plant anywhere from 3 weeks to forever. I think most growers veg for 3 to 4 weeks and then flip to flower sice they usually double in size once you flip. So you can measure it and flip when its 1.5’ to 2’ and then flip so you will end up with a 3’ or 4’ plant. You probably want to put 1 small (6") oscillating fan to move the air and have it set up so it blows over the top of the plant. You can also top the plant now if you want.

You can start training it now. You can either top it, fim it, or start doing lst. Since it’s your first grow I recommend topping it.
Look up some guides on YouTube on how to top, it’s pretty easy and you get great results from your yield
Fan, humidifier, RH monitor could help. I’m planning to get that stuff for my first grow soon 
Stack your filter carbon on height to have a good air convection ( intraction down and extraction up ).
20W fan oscillating would be nice.
And a thermo-hygrometer in order to check and fix environment issues 
Before start blooming you have to trim or train your plant cause LEDs light doesn’t light deeper.
