Hello mate. Based on the pics and knowing the weather in Wales I’d say it’s a little stunted due to rain. That soil looks pretty wet which is really bad for the roots and causes growth to be super slow. You want the soil to dry out between waterings so it can get air to the roots.
For her age she should be bigger for sure, and this is usually the cause.
Also, miracle gro nutes are not very good for cannabis. Now she is starting to flower, get some bloom or flowering nutes specific to cannabis, theres a bunch just look on amazon or hit up your local growshop. Really important if you want good buds.
Lastly, make sure you protect her from stress from now until harvest, any stress like bad weather or whatever will stunt the growth of the buds and ruin your harvest.
If you do get any rain on the buds make sure to shake it out otherwise they could get mold, which is pretty much game over if the whole plant gets it.

Yeah i understand about using miracle grow but am on a extreme budget soil isnt actually that wet as when it rains it is covered under clear plastic sheets

The soil has dried out now but i think ive lost the plant bloom should arrive tomorrow but think its too late unfortunately

Flowering on the plant is not lost unless you lose the entire plant.
In order to give any opinion, it is necessary to provide information on how you have been taking care of the plant. What substrate do you use? Is it auto-flowering or photoperiodic? What amount of fertilizers, or other additives, did you put and when? And what is your watering technique?
It seems to me that it could be that the rains have washed the soil, and that the plant has nutrition problems for that reason.
All i can say Eli is plain compost homemade mixed with coco hair no idea if auto as got it from bud about 10 years ago only used miracle gro only planted it as experiment as im a complete novice gardener

I have read them sj but my brain isn’t wired to take information well i had only done it as experiment to see if not shop bought seeds would grow my son is starting a hydro grow tent grow soon hes a bit more clued up than i am i have over 20 gs of seeds

Quick update since using ph perfect bloom hey presto she starts growing
