First time indoor grow, anything I should do differently?

If you don’t have a growlog please answer these questions.
What strain are you growing? Is it Auto, Fem or Reg? - Fem, not sure until flowering though.
Are you growing Indoor or outdoor? Indoor
Are you using nutrients? Which ones? How much? Basic nutrients from store

I’m not sure if I should prune it, defoliate it etc.

How long should I wait before going to 12/12? It’s been 60+ days now.

Was thinking of defoliating a bit but not sure how much that would benefit, maybe som of the lower branches etc.?

Welcome to the community! That looks ready to flip in my opinion. If it were me, I’d defoliate the bottom third of the plant, do a little lst and flip in a couple days
