Insects. Cut off the affected leaves immediately. Treat leaves with pesticide and neem oil soak the soil.

That bug is called a leaf miner. The ways to get rid of it are cutting off that leaf and squashing the leaf. The leaf protects bug from insecticide or others measures kill them.
