Hello everyone I have a plant that is growing and the stems are about an inch wide but flat Has anyone seen this do I need to remove this branch all feed back is appreciated
I’ve never heard of it myself , I’ve had stems from a “V” shape but that was lack of nutrition. Pictures would help a little more , that way it can been seen and show something that you may not see yourself.
I know very little about it but I saw that on a single plant once 8-10 years ago . . . genetic anomaly called fasciation. The little research I did said it was genetic, wouldn’t spread but would negatively impact bud development. Old timer I knew said it would/might herm so when the plant started growing almost like a big ball of leaves at top I cut and trashed it.
Might be interesting to let it grow and see what happens . . . she could be fine and produce some killer bud. Also could be a waste of time or worse if she herms and pollutes your grow.
The big ball of leaves became present here and I did some trimming but I’m going to let it go
