I’m trying to figure out why my gallery won’t show any photos to upload into it? On the app when I go to the gallery and click the plus, it shows nothing. It use to work, so what’d I break lol

Hi,

It seems to be an issue with the permissions, please follow these steps:

  1. Close the app
  2. Go to your phone settings – Apps
  3. Search for Jane and erase the cache and data
  4. Uninstall the app
  5. Install the app
  6. Accept all the permissions

Please let us know if after these steps you’re still having issues with pictures.
