If you could only grow 1 plant inside a 2x2x6 grow space, I’m wondering, whats your train strategy to maximize your yeild?

All you can do is fill the horizontal space, by lst, topping and maybe a scrog. There’s zero point filling it vertically as only the top of the canopy gets enough light.
So, if you wanted to grow the most amount of weed in a year, it would be more efficient to do quick grows of short, wide plants and flip to flower asap, than to grow a large, tall plant that takes twice as long - you would also get a worse result as there will be a lot of larf.

Are autos faster?
Yes, as a general rule. But the Blueberry muffins I’ve just popped have a flowering period of just 45 days, so there are photos about that run fast.
Autos are faster than photos, and fast versions run faster than all. But the tradeoff is in quality, as you get faster the results are not as good. At least in my exp anyway. There’s some good autos around now I think, just not my bag right now.

tbh under lights no, as you can change a photo any time to make it flower , also the flowering time of most autos is the same , they just go into flower earlier , and witoout the need to change the lights out side that is from my experience , i would like others thoughts on this , like my auto outside is flowering my photos are not yet my photo;s inside i can flower when ever . so i suppose it depends how you intend to grow them
