Grow log data disappeared but Trees still exist

Hi all,

Was hoping to share the progress of some of my plants as my first post but I’m having troubles with the app!

I’ve had no issues whatsoever for the last 3 weeks since installing but when I open the app now, it takes ages to load before showing me the “Create germination stage, create veg stage, create flower stage” selection. After this, I have no data for my logs show up, although my Trees still exist (logs still show nothing)

Anyone had any similar issues or know what I could do to get my app working again?

Hi @PistilsAtDawn, welcome to the community.
It seems that the app is not loading your account, but it is generating a temporary one.
Please, close the app, go to your phone Settings --> Applications --> Jane, and then erase the cache.
Reinstall the app, try login in with your username/email address and let us know if you can see your information.

Following your steps fixed my problem - thank you! So is my data backed up in my account or would I be wise to also back up the images I take inside the app?

All the information such as logs, Growlogs, and photos are stored in your account. As long as you sign in using the same account, it doesn’t matter if you’re using a different device, the information will be there.
The only way that information can be deleted is if you manually delete the information using the “Erase all data” in the app.
