Got this little dude here for $10 but theres no controls or thermostat, just on and off but if puts out good heat for a 4x4 box.

I use something similar. Little ceramic heaters work great. Just be sure you put it away from humidifier and not on ground incase it gets wet.

Fse I had one in my flower tent watered next day sitting in water lucky for me it dried out
