Help lowering soil Ph

Growlog link: https://growithjane.com/growlog/master-yoda-auto-2-tjhtj

Hey guys, grow log link above. I have documented Ph, PPM and EC of both watering/feeding as well as all run off after each watering/feeding.

My run off continues to rise, stuck way above 8. I have tried flushing many times with Ph 5 and Ph 4.5 today, but the run off is 8.5!!!

Please help with any suggestions. I don’t think this plant will be worth harvesting. She has not been green for a long time. Had many issues along the way.

Here are pics from today. Also in glow log

maybe don’t trash her at this stage, she’s nearly there now no?

My last run I ran autos for the first time, had major deficiencies and other issues but the bud was still ok. Not primo, but defo ok. Even if you don’t smoke it, it will make great extracts. That’s what I did with the ones that turned out a bit airy, the hash I made is awesome.

Can’t comment on what is causing your issue as I never had that problem but if it is just that one plant then maybe something has contaminated the soil. Your other girls look great, could you have had a spillage or something? Rogue pet doing its business LOL?

What are you feeding them? If synthetics it could take a few flushes I believe. Did a quick search there’s a few threads might help eg Been Flushing Plants for a week still have high runoff | International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

This one is an autoflower which I decided to try topping. It stunted the grow about 2 weeks compared to her sister started the same time and I will be harvesting tomorrow.

This is her sister for comparison

This may help . . . full article is linked below:

  • What happens if runoff pH diverges more than .5 from watering pH?
Keep track of it to see if it continues to move away from the input pH, and correct by using fewer nutrients if it gets more acidic (lower). If it’s going up, you might have root issues. If runoff PPMs are close to input, treat with hydrogen peroxide, or a root inoculant. Otherwise, fertilize more often.
