It new to growing and have this Moby Dick plant that is dying on me and it’s growing outside. All I’m feeding it is water. Any expert advise as to what I’m doing wrong or if I’m missing something. Two months away from harvesting and don’t want this plant to go to waste.
Look like bud rot. Can you crack one of the smaller ones and see if it’s black inside?
I’m new to growing, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but after looking up what bud rot looks like, I feel like I can concur with Canagen. Especially with the way those leftover leaves look.
In your position, I would start looking into ways to counter it before it’s too late.
Hey I’m a beginner as well. I agree with everyone else. It could be bud rot. Honestly don’t know if you can save your buds. They look pretty bad but I’m not there to physically check them.
Also how have you been growing it?
Curious to know why you stripped it off all the fan leaves. For I know during the late flowering stages. The plant will extract nutrients from those leaves to complete the flowering. BUT I don’t know if there is a method you’re using that I’m unaware of so far in my journey with my first grow. Mine starts week 7 of flowering tomorrow. You can see my pictures on my blog titled: First Grow- seeking advice and feedback.
I hope you can save them. Keep us posted bro.
Definitely and it’s reached the buds outer surface already on some bud sites. so maybe they can salvage a few buds if they isolate them quickly. Bud rot is the fucking covid of the growing world I swear.
Welcome to the team @Nathaly that’s so sad man hope you manage to save some
