Hard to tell with that light but I’m new to growing on my first grow but from the post I’ve seen it looks like nute burn your new growth looks fine though. Happy growing

Ya @Icirazy22 is on the key, earlier on in seedling stage looks like nut burn, iv had the same on 3 of mine, but once they grew up a little all was well and now full on flower, good luck @Facehackzz

Could be a potassium deficiency.
A plant with that age do not need much potassium.
You are giving to much nutrients to your plants. That is nitrogen toxicity. Just dial back their nutrition. Give them balanced ph water untill they recover!
