So im about 5 weeks maybe 6 into flowering buds are nice and big not long left before they are ready although i have some plants where the leaves are drying turning yellow and dying should i reomove these from the plant or allow the buds to take the nutrient from them
Hey. Can you provide some more details on what and how often you feed, medium and environmental settings? If they’re at 5 or 6 weeks, then they would have another 2 to 3 weeks minimum, so your leaves shouldnt be dying off like that. Maybe its severe nutrient burn or heat stress. Hopefully you’re able to get it sorted asap.
I think it could be heat burn tbh because ive only been giving them water for numerous weeks the weather is cold here so i put a small heater in with them theres 8 plants in total and the heater is on for 15 minutes then off for 30 minutes its on a timer like everything else up there i just noticed my fan has packed in so i dont know how long this has been broken for. I have 3 humidifiers in with them 1 at either end and 1 in the middle they are set for 60 humidity the leaves are practically dead but i wasnt sure whether to cut them off or leave them as is as im pretty sure ive only a couple weeks maybe 3 before i cut them down anyway just looking for best opinion on the leaves tbh
You want to drop that humidity while this far into flower, 60% is asking for trouble with bud rot and mold
What will i go for 35 or something like that
45% is about where i aim for at that stage but anywhere around there should be fine.
Hola , que tal… yo nunca quito las hojas. Si no las necesita la planta las deja caer.
I was gonna say heat stress
It seems to me that there is a set of problems and all triggered by stress.
It is not well noted by the color of the photo but the main leaves are also having a discoloration that in this part of the period it should not have.
I think I would stabilize the moisture and give it a thorough root wash and start with a 50% nutrient solution. The rest of the days reduce watering to 10% until the plant needs it.
