Welcome to the community and I hope you enjoy it here with us. Also congrats on the new hobby lol youll love it. As for your question would you happen to have any pics of the plant so we could have a visual of what your looking like at this stage? But at this stage if your seeing little white hairs growing everywhere your def in flowering stage and its a female. At this stage youll want to start feeding flowering based nutrients or if growing with organic stuff youll want to cut back on nitrogen and increase your phosphorus and potassium dosage as well as maintaining calcium and magnesium throughout the process.
