I need ideas to sell my product it will be my first time wat shuld i know before selling and where do i start ?

so I’m just in the beginnings of learning the legal system to one day open my own genetics company but I can say getting in good with seed banks (to potentially sell your stock) which also comes with fees and licenses and depending on your state/country laws on selling seeds it can cost as little as 50k up front cost or way higher. honestly it’s a lot upfront cost to do it legit and laws vary from state to state country to country but I would first look into what licenses and permits are needed and rough estimate of upfront costs. for me I live in Massachusetts and I’ll need $50k micro business license on top of a proper building with the proper guidelines and licenses it’s looking close to $200k just for first year start up cost. the legal way is pricey and lots of guidelines but profitable if you have built up a network before hand. I’ll share any more info I find or if ya got questions I wouldn’t mind looking into it as I’ll probably want to know it myself

and if referring to selling your bud that’s a whole other rabbit hole to go down so I would suggest taking time to see which way you want to go (sell seeds or bud) since the industry is very hit or miss when it comes to start up companies

What product are you looking to sell? Are you trying to sell on the legal market? If it’s the legal market you have to check all your local laws. If it’s anything on the black market I don’t think it’s wise to give you advice other than it’s not worth the risk. I speak from personal experience getting caught can really mess up a lot in your life.

Where are you from? In Canada, where i’m from, it’s ILLEGAL to sell Cannabis, thus, very profitable, lol But yes, it is Illegal, we Grow to consume our own medecine.
