I finally had some time and here we go…following the solution/answer.
Total cost spendet: in €/$ = 2388€ / 2563$
First of all, iam not here to bragg about the nummbers.
Anyway its an impressive Nummber and it was shocking to me, doing
this aftermath.Pretty impressive how close some of u tipped.
The money was bad invested, for that amount for sure
i could have a better setup, for way less money.
There for i need to say: let it be an ADVICE for other
people for → How to NOT INVEST your money !!!
This is really a bad example, caused overall by bad preparation,
missing knowledge, and not the best timing buying some of the products.
It is defnetly to much money, plain simple not well spend money!
- Buying 1-2 month after legalization in germany
(price increas + alot of growequipment still out of stock)
- Buying clones and automatic seeds without beeing prepared.
- Pests → thripse wich i probably bought with the clones together
(bought in a local growshop) (its just my guess) therefor i invested
in beneficial insects and glue boards (yellow/blue), neemoil, leafcoat,
lacewing larvae and predatory mites
- Starting Germanating an Automatic Seed(Tangerin Dream Auto.),
i didnt knew yet. i needed to separte from the plants cause of pests (thripse)
therefor i bought a 2nd tent for seperating the seedling(automatic).
- One of the main reasons i bought overpriced → do to shortage/out of stock,
most equipment wasnt and still isnt available in most part of the EU or
the delivery time is from 2 month to 6 month and more.
(especially small grow equipment)
- bought low stock products → sometimes price increas up to 100%
- Higher costs but i took the fastest possible delivery, and
that together buying from to many diffrent online shops. wich meant
again n again delivery costs.
- Taking the faster delivery for higher price (i need to be more patience)
After buying the clones and seeds (local growshop), when i arrive home that day
i started thinking about how to proceed. and it didnt took to long till i remembered
myself of buying an tent 10+ years ago. Do to respect of my girlfriends mother (she
didnt like that we wanted to start growing) didnt continue the idea of growing, even
tho we already bought most whats needed. Here a list wich products beeing included:
loud small EC 100er exaustvent, flexible hose, ph/ec meter, small greenhouse, tank tape,
cable ties, two mechanical timer, old alien LED and one thermo/hygrometer. basically
all it needs to start the first grow.
back in the presents …one day after buying the clones i had them placed in this 10+ year old
and never used “dp90 90cm60cm90cm secret jardin” tent ready. In the second week of vegetation
i foud pests/thripse, wich caused panic buying of anti pests products. It was also already germination
and seedling stage of the seed Tangerin Dream Auto. I wanted to separate
the seed from the clones as fast as possible so i bought the hs40 from secret jardin aswell,
and way to overpriced that time.
So here iam am with two tents, my new goal was fully automate the tents,
wich kinda failed. Two make the clones into mothers, but the pests changed my plan,
so send them in to 12/12 flower to end this episode.
to leave also some good word even tho this setup isnt
fully automated. i enjoy it beeing in some ways smart. over complicated
but it is what it is… so yes i use 4 diffrent apps to have more or less
full control over the exaust air and recirculation air, the humidifier and
a wlan camera in each tent facing an thermo/-hygrometer. that way i can check
the cam anytime, and get all the necessary infos about the plants/temps/humidity/growth.
And all that via internet, any time, day and night. i am sure i have control madness,
its my first grow “who would not?” because of my control madness i also use for each
tent another thermo/hygrometer (switchbot meter) that way i can have comparative values
via bluetooth app, when iam am at home. the gardena water feeder i used, only during
early/mid veggy… i figured will only work with clear water wich is without nutrients.
alot of buying in a rush later…i almost missed to mention the pods and pot coasters
i got gifted. sorry again for my limited englisch skills, its alot to read, hope my
storytelling is not to boring.
conclusion = take notes of everything, make a plan, make a todolist, set priorities, do some research first, prepare what u can prior, compare, take ur time, no need to rush like i did. keep track of the list and the money spended.
