How old is your guys plant ? send a pic or comment

Yeah I have not progressed this far in my growing yet but it’s looking increasingly like it is in my near future…

Would love to have the space but not there yet.

Definitely going to be reading up on this subject though…

Bro I can’t see a single picture of you, maybe you did something wrong when uploading?

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me why all my plants end up growing/spitting out new pistils everywhere, when they should be finishing/finished??

My Gelato on week 11/day 75 of flower and she is just growing all these new pistils like crazy?

Do I just harvest anyway??

Its not taking up any nutes, dont overwater your plant and dont give it nutes till week 3. Keep ur PH between 5.8 and 6

Thank you…

You may have problems with excessive light or temperature. In hot weather and strong light it tends to foxtailing.

Thanks @Maro, my temps are locked in at 20°C/68°F at night time, and average day time temps are 25°C/77°F with a MAX of 26°C/78.8°F, and Gelato strain prefers warmer temps/tropical environment. Soooo… I think it must be my lights, the Mars Hydro SP3000 is pretty intense, I am pushing about 950 PPFD without CO2 supplementation (CO2 is a constant 500-550ppm).

Any thoughts on this happening due to nutrient Lock-out due to high ph in the root zone??? I doubt the plant would do this if that was the case…??

Well here we are on day 87… White Widow is ready… The trics are spot on.

Northern Lights will be a weak Harvest. Too much cutting on an Auto I think. Ill have to try a different approach next time with this girl. Shes cloudy with little amber and I would prefer to wait but timing with other things has me cutting both down Saturday.

Either way, I feel they are pretty good for my first inside grow! Next up is prepping multiple strains for myself and family. Im personally trying 2 Royal Runtz inside with a Royal Gorilla outside. We shall see how the RQSeeds do. Cheers and happy growing!

Congratulations Antipop!! I wouldn’t believe that it was your first indoor!!! They look spectacular!

Maybe that cola is getting a bit more than 1000PPFD?

I think it might be light. Or maybe genetics?

Bruh I have exactly the same issue with this blue cheese! It simply refuses to amber, even though it is clearly at the end of its life. Day 78 rn.

It’s not heat or light stress, temps are sub 80, lamp is at 75% / 300ppfd for the last 2+ weeks, it is just a complete anomaly. Everything else good too.

Only in the last couple days have new pistils stopped emerging and they have browned up. Have decided to just let her run til the finish, whatever that may be lol.

In my case it is clearly a genetic freakazoid but if it is happening to all yours, I have no idea what’s causing it.

The only common factor I see is the leaf tacoing which I had too (I think I saw some tacoing on other pics of yours, looked same as mine), but as said it is not light or heat stress so who knows…

Hi SJ1! Sometimes we find a plant that takes longer. Last summer I had a batch of cuttings that took 16 weeks to mature into their flowers. At that point I was already angry with the plants :rofl::rofl:.

Thanks boss! Appreciate it

@ELI wow 16 weeks please don’t let that happen to me… yeah that would annoy the living hell out of me too! I’m already annoyed AF haha, I need this thing out of the tent!!

In theory, if the trichromes aren’t ready, id say she has more to say and should still be good. As long as all her health symptoms are in the green, they all look healthy and happy!
