Chopping is always an emotional roller coaster. Stoked to finnaly get you harvest, sad to kill the plants you nurtured for months. Hope you’re harvest is amazing!

Flying along with this batch so far. I was able to fill the tanks and switched on the system today so it shouldn’t be long now before I can start playing around with them a bit more at this rate. Also if anyone has any tips on dissolving large amounts of dry nutrients I would love to hear them, I spent way too long stirring a bucket today when the whole idea of switching to dry ones in the first place was to save me time.

Automatics on the right side around 55 days in total since germination.
And the rest of them are photos.
Some 13 days and some around 3-4 days in the flower tent. So I have some rest between harvest.
They have around the same flower time 
And the kindergarten

I use a small amount of warm water to stir it into then pour that into the larger amount of water and stir that.

The flushing and refilling of the reservoirs seemed to help. After that I did some defoliation and raised the light to hopefully get them to stretch up. I kept my ppfd in the high 600’s after raising the light. Should I lower it to get them to stretch up?

@BluntForceTrauma420 when it comes to the blumats system does it work better as the plants mature and take up more water? I feel I may have transplanted to soon for the system but not totally sure. and waiting on an ecowitt moisture meter to arrive but in the meantime I’m kinda in limbo if the system is working correctly or not.

Some genetics just stay tiny. One of my red runts is a midget compared to the other red runts. It’s the smallest plant in my tent. I just flipped to flower hoping it’ll stretch, so far nothing while the others show signs of the stretch already. You could try lowering ppfd in hopes of a stretch but it’ll make internodal spacing much further on all your plants. I’m seeing now why people ditch runt plants right off the bat, it messes the whole canopy up and makes the grow a bit harder imo.

As long as you don’t see signs of under watering then the system is working from what I’ve seen. A couple of my drip rings only drip on the 2 ends of them. I haven’t seen any issue with moisture in the post so I leave it. I transplanted at the end of the seedling stage and haven’t seen an issue with mine.

right on and thanks for the info bud. I wasn’t sure if it was all good and I trust you so I won’t stress it lol and it came with 5 inch rings ( thought it said 10 inch when buying) but do you think I should grab a few 10 inch rings or will the 5 be okay?

As much as it sucks I’d switch to the 10”. The 5” ones are for 5g pots I believe. Your setup looks like more than that per plant. I think the 5” may work but will have to drip more often and for longer. To be safe I’d say the 10s are a much better choice.
