That was already brought up, if I’m not mistaken.

HELP lol. I’m not good at this deficiency stuff. What’s up with my plant? Presenting from the middle up.

I have a very similar style one. I run mine at 185°c because I find that is a good balance of flavour and a good hit. The session time i don’t worry about, I just hit it until it stops giving which is about 90 seconds usually. Mine is only supposed to be for dry herb so I couldn’t help with the concentrate part of it. I load hard hash into it and it goes well and lasts ages but anything that melts would make a mess in mine.

to me kinda looks like potassium deficiency. i dont see any yellowing between veins which usually indicates a calcium or magnesium deficiency. and being that its starting from the middle up do you see it happening on the bigger leafs and working its way in? the bigger leafs normally demand more npk and tend to show issues first when they occur so im wondering if she is just demanding more potassium

I’m with @Smokey101 on that one. Its most likely a potassium deficiency with how it looks and where it’s happening.

It’s definitely on the bigger fan leaves. Do you know of a good organic solution for this? If not no worries I’ll do some research tonight.

Do you know of an organic solution to this issue? Would a banana ferment work? Maybe a pumpkin ferment?

ive heard a bananna tea works really well but could be pretty potent but thats just what ive read at some point and havent actually tried it myself

Yeah I was just doing a bunch of YouTube and Google research. Seems the recommended method is boiling some peels and letting it cool before use. Unfortunately I saw way too many ā€œdosagesā€ and don’t know what will work. Guessing I’ll start of pretty diluted and work from there.

thats probably the route i would go as well just to be safe

im pretty sure someone here was using banana tea but not even sure who it was or if in the community still but could always make two separate dosages just in case ya need a little more potency ya got some on deck but i also assume fairly easy to boil peels and wait not to mention idk how long it lasts lol

The fastest thing I can think of would be a kelp/seaweed type of thing, they are usually high in potassium and fast to work. The other one would be banana tea, I used 6 good sized bananas, mash and boil them in a litre of water for about 20 minutes and then dilute it with about a gallon and water and feed with that. It never works as fast as you want it too though unfortunately. A small foliar feed of synthetic of some kind would probably be my go to though to be honest. If you are careful about it you can spray just leaves with the soil covered and not affect anything in the soil.

Unfortunately it is in early flower so foliar is out of the question I believe. I’ll try the banana tea while I order some kelp extract.

If you work very carefully and only spray fan leaves that are away from buds a little it works fine its just very time consuming and tedious.

Thanks! I just wanted to see if it works. I’ll be away from home from April 9th to April 30th and won’t be able to take care of her anyway.

I also think it’s a potassium deficiency. That fits with the plant’s stage of growth. If I were you, I’d add a mineral flowering fertilizer, using half or a third of the recommended amount, and see what happens.

Should I pluck the affected leaves so I can see if any leaves turn after treatment? By mineral fertilizer I’m assuming advanced nutrients flowering nutes would work? Will this be faster than say the banana tea? I’m assuming so as the nutes would be bonded to the water molecules making it feed as it drinks. I’m also going to try the foliar spray recommended above. The plant is an auto that’s at day 55 of flowering, it’s a 65 day strain but literally started flowering a week or two ago so I would like the fastest fix possible
