my temps are in the high ‘s 70’s but the hum is too low. How do i handle this

Welcome @Dukester. If you want to increase the humidity for seedlings, you can place a small humidifier in the tent or place small plastic cups over the plants to get the humidity high enough for the little ones. With a humidifier, you should leave the exhaust off as it will directly suck the moisture out of the tent.

Most will try to control the lung room, the room your tent is in. If you keep the lung room temps low and with higher humidity you should see improvements. Other ways would require an air conditioner, fans, humidifiers, and/or ventilation to the outside.
