Can I use my fish aquarium water for watering/fertilize…if so will it work throughout the blooming stage?
I have no idea of this, never heard of it. You can use rested water if you think the tap water is not properly balanced for the plants.

id say the water from ur aquarium will probably be high in N but i dont know about P and K so i dont think it would be much good for flowering without some extra fertilisation

I occasionally use pond water as a input when I make teas but I bubble my teas for at least 24 hours. Just know that there is a chance of introducing something unwanted in your plants by using it, but unlikely.
