Hello, good evening. My cannabis plants are stretching. I’ve now used a support stick with zip ties. Is it good for the plant, while it’s currently growing, to attach it to a support stick with zip ties to keep it straight?

So, the strain is Critical Kush. I don’t have a lamp, I kept it indoors for the first 3-4 days, it’s currently outside on the balcony, I bring it in at night and then it’s in the dark. As I said, I’m doing this for the first time. I don’t have a lamp or anything like that, nor a grow box or anything.

I’d say it has too much water, which also causes it to grow too quickly. If it gets enough sun, that won’t be an issue. Let it dry out; they don’t need too much water initially. Supporting it is good so it stays upright. If you let the soil dry out now and water more sparingly, you should get the problem under control.
