If or when to top an auto

Howdy folks! I am nearing the time where I finally get to grow my own medicine and do not want to screw it up. I am wondering if or how I should top an autoflower plant to increase yield or just let it do it’s thing? As always, your advice and opinions have been the greatest. THANKS!

I do not top autos, it stunts their growth for a week or 2 which is a long time with autos. I just use low stress training by tying down branches in order to create more tops. Hope this helps.

I don’t top autos either. I trimmed a little bit on the bottom of the plants before starting the flowering stage and 21 days after that to increase yield.

I’m growing Hindu auto about 2 1/2 weeks from seed when do you think it’s a good time to start Lst?

i usually start once plant is 8-10 inches tall. but its just a preference. never a wrong time to start in my opinion
