Hey friends, good morning…

My grow has 200W common panel lighting (img01)

I was advised by a friend who has been cultivating for some years and uses the same one…

When I bought the grow, I bought a small LED lamp with purple and red lights together. (Img02)

I never used it because I don’t know if it will help since it’s very weak

I ended up leaving it together with the other lamp in the grow today 10/31/25 to see if it does anything (img03)

If you can help me and inform me more about this colored light issue, I would be grateful :folded_hands:t4::folded_hands:t4: all suggestions are valid, thanks friends

Neither of those lights would be recommended for growing weed for a decent harvest. I’d suggest looking at vivosun, spider farmer, Mars hydro or ac infinity for actual grow light that will produce 3-4 Oz per plant when you dial in your grow.

When you research them consider the fact that your light is the heart of your grow and often the biggest limiting factor when it comes to yield and quality. I honestly recommend spending the most you can on a light. I’ve had my fair share of lights and everytime I upgrade there is a noticible difference. Now my motto is buy once, cry once now.
