Is it a bad thing to take of fan leafs with 2 weeks to harvest, with Autos? Most of the bud site's were covered, I defoliated 3 of my plants and opened up for light, am I wrong?

nope. keep getting rid of the big leaves…

Thank you @Flintstoned after taking off at I did, it didn’t stunt, or slow down the growth a bit my lemon kush has just the nugs have gotten more solid and fattening, :star_struck::grin:
So ya now through the experience I know it’s not great too defoliation your autos but little by little iv found it don’t hurt them, only let them receive light to places where you can’t tuck them away only chop,
Well again cheers bro

And I had the sister of this lemon kush and it was stunted well, for about 4 weeks and just took off
Won’t let me put another photo up of my other lemon kush, I’ll try again another day but its a monster to, much bigger than this one, lol

This one is the sister of the lemon kush, at nearly 4 weeks I was about to give up on it but its so big,the app won’t let me load it up here, and I mean its a monster, and is way behind, just flowering week or little more, il get it up soon, working on it lol

I personally start to just let em grow when pre flower starts. I just remove fan leaves that are blocking bud sites. Looks great man

would you say this is pre flower :blossom: @bizzybone802016

Week or so into flower I take mine off as long as your happy with the hights of your tops, they will Stretch some more but I think you can work from there bro, good look, iv got 2 red critical done, wasn’t watching try my microscope and just checked cause by sight they looked as good as any iv done, il take them down the weekend, I had only been giving them ph d water the last week so flush tomorrow, harvest Sunday
Good luck with your girl bro, iv got another 12 after this :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::+1:

Keep going until 3rd week of flowering from 4th week of flowering on she will stop producing leaves and focus on bud production

I know nothing of an auto’s growth characteristics so can’t really comment. I just tie down the branches to make an even canopy and remove the tie downs when stretch has completed.

Good looking plant you have there, nice and lush looking. It would be a shame to remove any of those leaves.

Yea you’re in flowering stage or pre flower stretch which consists of the first three weeks of flower

It sure the hell is s bro! Congrats!

I’m not sure either but I took a lot off of mine because I’m 3 weeks into flower, and the bud sites weren’t getting much light from the massive leaves. Now that I did it they are growing better. Everyone does things differently.

Pretty nervous as I’ve not done it before and this is my only plant
