Hello everyone, I am 45 days (6 weeks, 3 days) into the flowering stage for my plants and I am curious to know when to start flushing my plants. I read somewhere that when the trichomes transition from clear to milky is a good identifier, but I feel like that would be hard to tell the difference. I have taken a picture of a bud from each plant and just wanted a second opinion on whether they had transitioned to a milky coloration.
Flushing is a myth that is bro science at its finest. It honestly serves no purpose. There are white papers out on the whole science. It doesnβt change potency and if you are worried about stored fertβ¦ It never gets stored in the buds to begin with. Personally when I grew synthetic I just stopped fertilizer 2 weeks prior to harvest to save on the use of nutes.
