Not bad at all for first grow congrats bud. As for knowing when ready youll want to check the trichomes with a jewelers loupe or some type of magnify of x60 or higher will do. But if unable to obtain one right now you can kinda determine if ready based of the colors of the pistils (the hairs) or can take what the breeder says the flowering time is and add an extra few days or more to be on the safe side. From what i believe i understand is most autos roughly 100 days from seed to harvest unless your mimicing the breeders grow enviroment. Your log says your 11 weeks in so i would think between now and week 12 shes probably ready to chop but the checking of the trichomes will be your best bet to get the kind of buzz your looking for and to make sure the trichs are mostly mature.
