So I went with mother Earth soil and from what I seen in researching it’s rated pretty good. It says it has everything in it that my plant would need. Has anyone else used this soil?

Yes sir…I seen it in a few top 10 choices for cannabis…
Yeah I looked at it and I didn’t see much difference in it and some other similar brands. I use Fox Farm Ocean Forest and it looks like the same ingredients. My plants got off to a funky start or so I thought but one day they just started growing. Lol. Don’t get discouraged and I will say from experience, sometimes less is more. Lol you got it to come up so that’s a huge hurdle believe me. Lol. I just roasted one of the prettiest plants I had by over feeding it so. Hey maybe I shouldn’t be giving anyone advice huh. 
There was a bottle of homemade brandy involved.

Lol…damn brandy. I also got some nutrients when and where I ordered my seeds. I literally put a pinch of seedling booster in a one gallon jug of water and have been using that. It called for more but I wanted to be safe. Do you think that is hurting it any?
Really it’s not recommended to put anything but PH water on it for a few days. That soil has nutrients in it. I kept mine in the “bubble” for over a week and took a spray bottle and watered with that by wetting the soil around the seedlings.
Well how long should I keep it capped?..I used a spray bottle also and spray all around the plant and one mist over her…
I just can’t understand the coloring she is doing. It’s really confusing to me and this being my first grow isn’t helping…lol. and what I really don’t understand is that it’s only the newest leaves doing it.
I’m sure someone on here will tell you exactly what’s going on. It could be that the leaves are new and haven’t had a chance for the chlorophyll to turn the leaves darker.
Well in all honesty you’ve been the most helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate it. Someone did say it might supposed to do that…but I guess I’ll have to see what happens…this is a learning experience…lol.

BTW. The recommended dosages the nutrient company gives you is the MAXIMUM dosage. Never start off with the maximum dosage. Start at 1/4 and work your way up.

I’m sure it’s fine. Don’t worry yourself to much over it. Remember this is supposed to be fun. Lol. I love the smells when I open that grow room door. Mmmmm. And sometimes I get me a chair and just sit there and watch them grow. Mine probably isn’t as good as most peoples on here but I’m damn sure proud of it. Lol
Yeah ok…you have some amazing looking plants man. You are obviously doing something right…lol. do you ever give your plants any real sunlight? I heard it was good to give them some but not alot since they aren’t used to it.
