Is my plant on veggie stage?

Hey guys!! This is my very first attempt to grow weed and I have this plant here. Its a Amnesia Haze, Photoperiod, Feminized and it is a month old. Looks very healthy but its growing very slowly.
I have been using some organic nutrients that I use every time I water it with the indicated amount for seedling stage and the soil is perlite and peat. The nutrient is supposed to regulate the PH automatically, although I have adjusted before add the nutrient anyway.
It is 4 inches tall and and has only 3 sets of leaves, the first true leaves I have cut. The first set of 5 leaves just showed up.
It is in an 2x2 tend with a quantum board 18 inches from the top. I have measured and it is taken 275 FFPD of light.
My questions are: is there anything I should do to make it grow faster? Is it in Veggie stage already? Or should I be more patient and just keep doing what I’m doing and let the plant do its own thing?

Cheers m8! Looking good I would say it’s in veg now I too am growing amnesia haze lol it’s a slow growing strain as all hazes but once they get going they get going! But you’re doing the right thing try not to over water test the weight of your pot before and after watering that way you can tell if you need to water again my girls are about 3 weeks old in veg stage.
