Hello friends, I’m just seeking some advice for harvesting. I have an outdoor plant, unknown strain that is around 8 to 10 weeks into the flowering period and I’m wondering if it’s ready to harvest. Also any tips on drying and making hash with the leaves/remaining organic material would be greatly appreciated. I’ll upload pics to help, sorry if the quality isn’t the greatest we had some rain last night so the buds are a little bit wet. Thanks.
Very nice looking crop! By how frosty they look I’d say they’re getting close. If you have a jewellers loupe of 60x that’s get a nice good look at the trichomes to see if they’ve ambered. But I’d suspect they’re within a few days to a week tops
Thanks, I have a jewellers loupe but it’s only rated at 30x. I can see some amber trichomes around the tips of the leaves near bud but nothing on the actual bud.
30x works great for eyes not great for cameras lol I’d wait until you see about 20-30%. Basically check in on them daily at this point
